FELLOWSHIP
COMMITTEE
MEMBER: Plan activities that encourage and promote fellowship in our
congregation. Events are often planned
to support the activities of other ministries of the church. Meets as needed.
RECEPTION
COORDINATOR: Plan and obtain help `needed for receptions after worship, i.e.
graduation welcome new members, etc.
LARGE
EVENT COORDINTOR (Dinners): Plan and obtain needed resources for a large
event, i.e. Lenten soup & Salad; liaison for BBQ.
SPECIAL
EVENT COORDINATOR: Plan and coordinate tickets, transportation, promotion, etc.
KITCHEN
COORDINATOR: Make weekly inspections of the kitchen to be sure it is in good
order and have the secretary order paper supplies as needed.
KITCHEN
HELPER: Help with kitchen duties when an event is planned.
FOOD
COORDINATOR FOR THE SICK/BEREAVED: Make phone calls to members of the
congregation to prepare food and deliver as needed.
FOOD PREPARER: Cook food for bereaved or ill.
Will be called as needed.
DESSERT
BAKER: Bake desserts for special events or occasions. Will be called as
needed.
